If you have purchased online, with a Credit, Debit, or Cash card, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. We normally ship-out all orders within 24-48 hours. Finally delivery time will vary based on location.
Replacement / Exchange:-if the product is Damaged, Defective condition or it was not as described, you may request a replacement for that product. We provide replacement of the product once we have received the product which was either “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and we have a done the quality check on the same (for damaged and defective items). Replacement is subject to availability of the product. In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account.
